Learn techniques for using painting to relax, explore, and express yourself. No art experience is necessary—all you need is lots of paper and paint, brushes, markers, or any other mark making tool. Workshop led by Dana Dart-McLean, a psychotherapist working in community and private practice who uses art in therapy.
