BAMPFA Student Film Pass

An entire semester of film for just $40

The BAMPFA Student Film Pass is your passport to a diverse world of international cinema from the silent era to the present. With the pass, you can go to the movies without having to pay for a ticket each time. Use it to see things you might be inclined to watch anyway, or to check out something unfamiliar just out of curiosity. You just might discover a new favorite film or director!

  • $40 per semester, valid for admission to all regular-priced film programs at BAMPFA throughout the semester
  • Passes may be purchased in person at the BAMPFA admissions desk during open hours
  • Present your pass at the BAMPFA admissions desk on the day of show with a current Cal student photo ID. Pass holders may not request advance tickets
  • One ticket per pass, on a first-come, first-served basis, pending seating availability
  • Not valid for programs with special admission prices, such as film festivals
