Claudia knows that when she runs away, she doesn’t just want to run from somewhere, she wants to run to somewhere—preferably somewhere comfortable, beautiful, and elegant. Once settled in there, Claudia and her younger brother Jamie find themselves caught up in a mystery involving a statue of uncertain origin and the remarkable woman who sold it to the museum.
