Three poets read their work. Raina J. Léon is founding editor of The Acentos Review, author of three collections of poetry, and a professor at St. Mary’s College. Oakland-based James Cagney has appeared as a featured poet throughout the Bay Area, as well as in Vancouver and Mumbai. Josiah Luis Alderete, founding member of the outspoken word troupe the Molotov Mouths, is a full-blooded Pocho indio who refries his beans and poesia in Spanglish.
